The Acting President of Hail University, Prof. Zaid bin Muhalhal Al-Shammari, sponsored the activities organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs on the occasion of the International Day for Toleranceand the International Students’ Day, in the presence of the university’s vice presidents, deans of colleges, and deanships.

The university president toured the Tolerance Exhibition organized by the Deanship of Student Affairs, where he reviewed contributions from the university’s male and female students, highlighting the efforts of the Kingdom and Hail University in promoting the values of tolerance.

He also visited the International Students’ Exhibition, which featured participation from 31 nationalities from around the world. During the visit, he listened to explanations from international students about the historical and cultural diversity of their countries.

As part of the activities, the Deanship of Student Affairs organized two academic lectures to mark the occasion. These were delivered by university faculty members Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Shammari and Dr. Sarhan Al-Saeed, who highlighted the efforts of the Saudi government in promoting tolerance. Another lecture focused on the contributions of Hail University and higher education in the Kingdom in fostering values of tolerance.

The university’s celebration of the International Day for Tolerance reflects its commitment to participating in global and international events celebrated in Saudi Arabia.
