The College of Business Administration at the University of Hail, in collaboration with the Graduate Employment Office of the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), organized the “Ready for the Job Market” event. This initiative aimed to enhance career guidance and training for the college’s expected graduates, equipping them with the skills necessary to enter the workforce efficiently and effectively.

The event, held over two days (November 3-4, 2024), was attended by more than 300 students from various departments and programs within the College of Business Administration.

On the first day, there was an introductory presentation about the Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF) program, along with three training workshops on “Professional Identity and Self-Marketing,” “Using LinkedIn Professionally,” and an introduction to the “Graduate Support Office” affiliated with the university’s Deanship of Admission and Registration.

The second day featured three workshops on “Resume Writing,” “The Art of Passing Job Interviews,” and included additional group consultation sessions focused on career planning. These sessions aimed to empower students and provide them with the necessary tools for success in the job market.
