Hail University promotes more than 960 employees in both the administrative and academic cadres within one year.

In its continuous pursuit of achieving academic and administrative excellence, Hail University has announced the promotion of more than 960 employees in both administrative and academic cadres during the 1445 AH academic year. The administrative promotions included 457 employees from various job levels, ranging from the first ranks to leadership positions. In the academic cadre, 503 members from different college departments were promoted, including lecturers, associate professors, and professors.

Hail University aims through these promotions to support innovation in education and scientific research, increase academic interaction, and motivate employees to give their best and innovate in their fields of work.

Mr. Mogren bin Hamad Al-Anzi, Director of the General Administration of Human Resources at Hail University, confirmed that the university continuously works to provide a stimulating work environment for creativity and innovation. He pointed out that the promotions are an important step in this direction. Al-Anzi added that the university believes its human resources are the foundation of its success, and promotions are not just a reward but part of a comprehensive strategy to motivate employees to continue growing, excelling, and fostering job loyalty, while enhancing team spirit and collaboration among them.

These promotions come as part of Hail University's long-term plan to improve administrative efficiency, enhance the inspiring work environment, and build an interactive university community.
