The University of Ha’il took part in the international workshop titled “The Role of University Students in Achieving Development,” hosted in London from July 21 to 27, 2026. The event was organized by the International Islamic Scouts and Youth Union, in cooperation with the Global Institution for Training, Development, and Advancement.

A student delegation from the university participated in the academic and training program, which focused on developing leadership and personal skills, enhancing future competencies, and empowering students to contribute to sustainable development in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. The program included scientific sessions, workshops, discussion panels, and experience‑sharing with participants.

The program also featured academic and institutional visits, including a visit to Capel College in London and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in London. Additionally, specialized workshops were held at the Saudi Cultural Attaché offices in the United Kingdom, addressing leadership skill development and strengthening the role of students in development.

The workshop concluded with a visit to the Muslim World League office in London to learn about its initiatives in dialogue and international cooperation. A cultural and knowledge‑based program further enriched participants’ perspectives and strengthened engagement with academic and cultural institutions, supporting knowledge exchange and the building of international partnerships.
