Upon His Highness's arrival at the venue, a group photograph was taken of him with the members of the University Council. The ceremony then commenced with the Royal Anthem and the presentation of the colleges' names.

In his address on behalf of the graduating class, Hassan Al-Hamzani expressed his and his fellow graduates' joy on this momentous occasion. He added, "We thank God for enabling us to complete our journey and reap the fruits of the years we have spent cultivating the seeds of our faith within the hallowed halls of the University of Hail." He noted that his fellow graduates dedicate this achievement to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Crown Prince – may God protect them both – and expressed his gratitude to His Highness the Governor of the region for his patronage and attendance at the graduation ceremony. He also congratulated the graduates' parents.This was followed by a musical performance and a visual presentation about the university's achievements over the past year. The graduates then took their oath. For his part, the President of the University of Hail, Dr. Bader Al-Harbi, welcomed His Royal Highness the Prince of the region, His Royal Highness the Deputy Prince, and all those present. He noted that the University of Hail was celebrating the graduation of more than three thousand male students across various disciplines and academic levels, and that the following day, God willing, the university would also celebrate the graduation of more than six thousand female students. He prayed to God Almighty that the graduates would be a source of pride for their parents, their country, and their wise leadership, which is providing every means of care and attention to support and develop education within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030, many of whose objectives are already being realized ahead of schedule.
