About Internal Communications Department

The Internal Communication Department is responsible for promoting effective communication between the University and its employees and developing internal communication channels to ensure the clear and efficient flow of information, news, updates, and official announcements. The Department also prepares and disseminates awareness and guidance materials, highlights distinguished initiatives and achievements, and strengthens communication and engagement across various administrative levels within the University.

The Department contributes to enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement and fostering a positive and motivating work environment through internal initiatives and motivational communications. It also receives employee feedback and grievances and refers them to the relevant authorities, while continuously improving internal communication practices and utilizing modern communication technologies to support quality of work life and promote organizational well-being.

1. Preparing and distributing awareness and guidance materials to employees after their approval.

2. Publishing work-related information and updates through university circulars.

3. Sending motivational messages from the university to its employees.

4. Congratulating employees promoted to various ranks and academic degrees.

5. Highlighting outstanding suggestions, initiatives, and achievements through various communication channels.

6. Ensuring that university employees are aware of important news and updates.

7. Issuing work ID cards for faculty members and university staff.

8. Assessing the department's needs for human resources and equipment and following up on their provision.

9. Receiving employee grievances and forwarding them to the relevant authorities.

10. Preparing and implementing the annual plan for developing and improving the department's workflow procedures.

11. Preparing periodic reports on the achievements of the Internal Communications Department and its development proposals and solutions.

12. Performing any other tasks assigned to the department within its jurisdiction.
