About Department

The Department of Movement and Transport is the body responsible for providing transportation services to university employees, as well as providing university transportation services to all female university students on the university transportation portal.

Dept Tasks

1- Preparing annual plans for the administration’s activities and following up on their implementation after their approval.
2- Determine the needs of the university and its colleges for various means of transportation in coordination with the relevant administrative units and work to follow up on providing them.
3- Determine periodic maintenance programs for means of transportation and follow up on their implementation.
4- Follow up on periodic inspections of means of transportation and repair faults.
5- Supervising and following up on drivers’ use of transportation.
6- Providing transportation needs for fuel and oils.
7- Insuring means of transportation with insurance companies and following up on the completion of accident procedures at the Traffic Department.
8- Completing the procedures for driving licenses for means of transportation and renewing them.
9- Preparing periodic reports on the administration’s activities, their achievement, and proposals for developing their work to the university administration.
10 - Providing all buses and vehicles with vehicle tracking devices to ensure transportation safety.

Provided Services

1- Providing university transportation service to all university students on the university transportation portal.
2- Providing transportation for female university students from the neighborhoods of Hail city and from villages, governorates and university branches to the female students’ complex in Aja’.
3- Transferring female students from university colleges to field training.
4- Transporting female students, faculty members, and male and female university employees to attend conferences, seminars, visits, participate in events, and serve the community inside and outside the university.
