​The Daem Student Support Service at the University of Hail aims to provide academic and administrative support to students throughout their academic journey. The service focuses on offering assistance and guidance to facilitate the students’ academic experience and ensure they receive the necessary support to achieve academic success.

  • Visit the official University of Hail website and select Daem Student Service from the electronic services menu.

  • Log in using your university account through the Unified Login Portal.

  • Complete the electronic support request form and upload documents or images if required.

  • The student can track the request status and receive responses and updates through the system.​



  • Active University Account:
    You must have a valid university account (university email) and a password provided by the university.

  • Internet Connection:
    An active internet connection is required to access the Unified Login Portal.

  • Login Credentials:
    Knowledge of your username and password is required.
