Jurisprudence and its principles

The Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles is one of the scientific departments in the college, and it consists of an elite group of distinguished faculty members in the sciences of Islamic Sharia, jurisprudence, and its principles. The department aims to achieve a set of goals, the most prominent of which are the following: 1- Enriching Islamic studies with jurisprudential and fundamentalist research and dissertations that society needs, and working to produce manuscripts of distinguished scientific value. 2- Training specialized researchers, judges, muftis, and professors in the field of jurisprudence, who have the ability to derive rulings from their evidence, and find legal solutions to the facts they find on foundations and rules drawn from the Qur’an and Sunnah. 3- Contributing to teaching students at the bachelor’s and postgraduate levels in the university’s various colleges, qualifying them to carry out their duties in society, and developing and developing curricula.
