​The Student Clearance service at the University of Hail enables expected graduates or students wishing to permanently withdraw from the university to complete the administrative clearance process electronically in a fast and efficient manner, without the need for in-person visits.

​​

  • Visit the official University of Hail website and select the Student Clearance service from the electronic services menu.

  • Enter your username and password through the Unified Login Portal.

  • After logging in, submit the clearance request and track its status until final electronic approval.​



​

  • Active University Account:
    You must have a active university account (university email) and a password provided by the university.

  • Internet Connection:
    An active internet connection is required to access the Unified Login Portal.

  • Login Credentials:
    Knowledge of your username and password is required.

No documents are required.

​

  • Fully electronic service without the need for in-person visits.
