​The HADIR service at the University of Hail is an electronic system designed to manage and monitor employee attendance digitally, providing an easy and accurate way to record check-ins and check-outs.

  • Access the HADIR Portal via the University of Hail website.

  • Log in using your university account credentials (username and password).

  • Select the type of operation: Check-In or Check-Out.

  • Confirm that the operation has been successfully recorded.

  • Employees can track their attendance records and monthly reports directly within the system.​

  • Must have an active university account.

  • Comply with the official working hours and attendance policies approved by the university.



​​No documents are required.

  • Easy electronic recording of attendance and departure.
