Student Activities Submission Service

This service enables staff members of colleges and administrative units at the University of Hail to submit their student activities (events, programs, workshops, and initiatives) electronically. Submitted activities are sent to the Deanship of Student Affairs for review and approval, contributing to unified work procedures and faster approval processes.

The staff member accesses the Student Activities service through the University of Hail Electronic Services Portal.
Logs in using university credentials (username and password).
Selects Submit New Activity.
Completes the activity submission form.
Submits the request to the Deanship of Student Affairs for review.
Tracks the request status through the system.

The staff member must have an active university account.
The staff member must be authorized by the college or administration to submit student activities.
Compliance with the regulations and policies of the Deanship of Student Affairs related to student activities is required.
