This service enables staff members of colleges and administrative units at the University of Hail to submit their student activities (events, programs, workshops, and initiatives) electronically. Submitted activities are sent to the Deanship of Student Affairs for review and approval, contributing to unified work procedures and faster approval processes.
Access the Student Activities service through the University of Hail Electronic Services Portal.
Log in using university credentials (username and password).
Select Submit New Activity.
Complete the activity submission form.
Submit the request to the Deanship of Student Affairs for review.
Track the request status through the system.
The staff member must have an active university account.
The staff member must be authorized by the college or administration to submit student activities.
