About Department

The Student Affairs Dean's Office is an administrative department within the Student Affairs Division that aims to provide support and services to employees and develop an ideal work environment. This department works to enhance the employee experience within the Student Affairs Dean's Office and provide them with the necessary support.​

Tasks

1- Supervising the performance of the Dean's Office employees and monitoring attendance and punctuality at work.
2- Preparing the job performance charter for the Dean's Office staff and submitting it to the Dean.
3- Supervising the inventory of assets belonging to the Dean's Office.
4- Supervising the procurement of all the needs of the Dean's Office.
5- Communicating with other departments within the university regarding administrative matters.
6- Organizing regular leaves for the Dean's Office employees.
7- Distributing work tasks among the administration staff.
8- Preparing receipts for purchases and warehouses, and returning assets to the warehouses.
9- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the Dean or delegated to them.​
