   Management tasks: 

       1. Supervising and following up on the attendance and departure of all deanship employees and taking the necessary measures in this regard.

       2. Recommending granting regular or emergency leave to employees of the deanship in accordance with the system

       3. Preparing and signing leave granting forms for the dean to sign after the approval of the heads of the relevant departments.

       4. Supervising and following up on all work related to the official functions of the Deanship’s employees

       5. Signing the identification certificates for the deanship’s employees, provided that they are not certificates of experience or letters of thanks.

       6. Supervising the Administrative Communications Office to ensure the proper conduct of transactions and their speedy completion.

       7. Follow up on bringing the official transactions and mail of the deanship and its employees, as well as receiving newspapers and magazines and distributing them to those designated for them.

       8. Preparing and following up on job performance reports for the deanship’s employees in coordination with the departments and personnel affairs.

       9. Preparing the necessary decisions and circulars issued by the deanship under the guidance of the person with authority, as well as circulating the necessary decisions received to the departments and employees of the deanship.

       10. Follow up on the attendance of the deanship’s employees in training courses and programs to increase their qualifications in the field of work, and propose and prepare special programs for the deanship’s employees that suit the work conditions and needs.

       11. Preparation and submission by assigning employees to work outside working hours after the approval of the person in authority.

       12. Supervising warehouses, following up on the provision and preservation of the deanship’s supplies, and creating the appropriate mechanism to account for the disbursements in accordance with the specified regulations and rules.

       13. Preparing reception sites for male and female students in the deanship in coordination with the relevant departments.

       14. Providing colleges with the publications and forms they need for the deanship’s work.

       15. Coordination with companies and institutions regarding the provision of purchasing supplies in coordination with the authorized person.​
