About Department

The Graduate Employment Management at Hail University aims to open fields and channels of communication and contact between the university and its graduates. The management follows up on the graduates and provides services aimed at developing their skills, enhancing their competencies, and directing them to the job market. In addition, the management coordinates with the graduates' workplaces to open aspects of partnership and constructive cooperation aimed at serving the university, the graduates, and the community.

The management also carries out many important activities such as continuous and effective communication with the private sectors to know the job needs, contributing to the processes of attaching graduates to the job market, securing job opportunities for graduates that are compatible with their specializations and inclinations, and conducting courses and training programs to support graduates and qualify them for the job market.

The Graduate Employment Management at Hail University is an important part of the university and plays a pivotal role in achieving the university's vision and mission and serving the faculty and staff members.

In addition, it coordinates with their employers to open avenues for constructive and purposeful partnership and cooperation that serve the university, the graduates, and the community.

  3. Coordinating with the alumni’s workplaces to open aspects of partnership and constructive cooperation aimed at serving the university, the alumni, and the community.
  4. Continuous and effective communication with the private sectors to understand job needs.
  5. Contributing to the processes of integrating alumni into the job market.
  6. Securing job opportunities for alumni that align with their specializations and preferences.
  7. Conducting courses and training programs to support alumni and prepare them for the job market.
