Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Hail region, inaugurated today the "Technical Competencies Forum" at Hail University. The forum, organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, aims to empower national talents and bridge the gap between supply and demand in accordance with the labor market requirements. The event was attended by the Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Capabilities and Future Jobs, Ibrahim Al-Nasser, and Hail University President Dr. Rashid bin Maslat Al-Sharif.

During the visit, Prince Abdulaziz toured the accompanying exhibition, which seeks to support the national workforce by engaging private and public sector recruitment partners. The forum, taking place on February 12-13, 2024, aligns with the Future Skills initiative to meet the digital workforce needs through support for recruitment costs, training, and qualification. It provides a platform for free job recruitment to all participating entities.

The recruitment platform allows companies to showcase their activities, present job opportunities, and conduct instant job interviews. The event also includes workshops for job seekers to empower and prepare them for entering the job market. The President of Hail University expressed gratitude to Prince Abdulaziz for inaugurating the forum, praising the significant support the university receives from the wise government, leading to numerous international achievements in the field of technology.
