The Intellectual Awareness Unit at Hail University, in collaboration with the Nursing College, organized the second "Be Aware" program, featuring a lecture titled "Family Skills in Enhancing National Belonging" presented by Dr. Zahab bint Naif Al-Shamri, a faculty member at the College of Education. The lecture, held yesterday, Tuesday, 18 Rajab 1445 AH (January 30, 2024), at the Nursing College's auditorium, began with clarifying the concept of national belonging and emphasizing the role of the family as a primary environment in shaping and educating individuals. Dr. Al-Shamri highlighted the importance of the family in fostering national belonging for children, emphasizing the educational role of the family during childhood in developing religious, health, and psychological values. She concluded her lecture by emphasizing the preventive and awareness roles of the family during the youth stage to enhance national belonging and prevent deviation, emphasizing the family's skills in promoting this belonging and the means that assist it in fulfilling its role in society.
