Institute

The Institute for Research and Consulting Studies at the University of Hail was established based on the recommendation of the University Council at its third session for the academic year 1428/1429 AH, and with the approval of the Higher Education Council at its fifty-third session held on 03/03/1430 AH by Resolution No. 14/53/1430. The establishment of the institute was approved by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Chairman of the Council of Higher Education, under the directive of generous telegram No. 2544 / AD, dated 03/19/1430 AH. Thanks to the efforts made by the university administration and the institute’s employees and benefiting from the university’s human cadres, the scope of services was expanded. The institute includes studies, consultations, and general and specialized training The Institute is considered a national expertise house that provides its services to all public, private and non-profit sectors. The Institute contributes to the transfer and localization of knowledge, and works to build a knowledge economy by investing all the capabilities and resources of the university. It aims to achieve added value for all beneficiary parties and contribute to achieving various development and societal goals, within the framework of achieving the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Providing consulting services in areas of specialization, including legal, medical, engineering, technical, information technology, data analysis, policy development, strategies, and others.

Conducting scientific studies and research in various fields such as medical sciences, engineering sciences, social sciences, and science

Designing and implementing various training and qualification programs to develop human cadres, develop capabilities and potentials, and provide them with professional expertise.

Designing, reviewing and developing academic plans and programmes, and implementing and developing academic quality work.

The institute includes a distinguished team of researchers and consultants and has a database of more than +2000 experienced and competent people from inside and outside the university in multiple fields, including project management, engineering, innovation, information technology, energy, administrative sciences, marketing, finance, medical and applied medical sciences, and science.
