​Under the patronage of His Excellency the President of Hail University, Dr. Rashid bin Muslat Al-Sharif, the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at the Deanship of Scientific Research at Hail University organized a workshop titled "How to be an Entrepreneur?" presented by Mr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Bakr, the Chief Commercial Executive of "Jahiz" company. The workshop took place on Thursday, 27 Rajab 1445 H, corresponding to February 8, 2024, at the Graduate Studies Theater in the central laboratories at the university campus. Mr. Al-Bakr started the workshop with advice on job satisfaction for those seeking employment opportunities, emphasizing the importance of resilience and overcoming professional challenges. He then discussed the personal traits of entrepreneurs, sharing his personal experience in transitioning from an employee to an investor. He highlighted the significance of marketing and advertising, how to exploit business opportunities, and also addressed the reasons for the failure of startup projects. He explained the difference between a businessman and an entrepreneur who innovates and invests in unique ways, depending on the available support for entrepreneurs.
