The university concluded the awareness program for scholarship students, organized in collaboration with the Institute of Imams and Preachers at the Ministry of Islamic Affairs.at Hail University. The program, held on Monday and Tuesday, 17-18 Rajab 1445H (29-30 January 2024), under the theme "The Role of Scholarship Students in Promoting Moderation, Balance, and Tolerance" took place at the Engineering College auditorium. On the first day, Sheikh Saeed bin Hilel Al-Omar explained the teachings of Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab in the first axis and addressed King Abdulaziz's efforts in unifying the Kingdom in the second axis, emphasizing the importance of adherence and obedience to authority. On the second day, Dr. Khalaf bin Hamoud Al-Shughdali, a faculty member at the College of Sharia and Law, presented the third axis titled "Saudi Arabia as a Model of Moderation and Balance in Religion," and in the fourth axis, he provided advice to students in general and scholarship students in particular, urging them to promote values of moderation, avoid extremism, focus on acquiring beneficial knowledge, and warn against division, bias, and deviant universities.
