Management

The Operation and Maintenance Department is one of the most important departments at the university, as it plays a major role in maintaining the university's facilities. As such, they play a pivotal role in preparing buildings, classrooms and public spaces for an appropriate learning environment. The management restructuring project aims to develop the current work mechanism by distributing tasks and duties according to the department's departments and working as a team to serve the interest of work.

Dept Tasks

Supervising, planning and following up on all maintenance work in all facilities and sites of the university and carrying out the necessary studies and economic feasibility studies to develop the work.

Upgrading the level of operation, maintenance and cleaning services at the university, reflecting the objectives of the approved strategic plan of the university, and providing the best services to all its employees

1- Determining the technical standards and specifications necessary for the operation and maintenance of university facilities.

2- Raising the level of quality of facilities to achieve their objectives with higher efficiency.

3- All equipment, buildings and facilities of the university should be in excellent operational condition.

4- Applying the principles of occupational safety and health and environmental protection in all university facilities.

5- Achieving quality and excellence standards by measuring performance indicators.
