Dear Colleagues:

I am pleased to welcome you to the fourth of HCC Management Update Workshops. I invite you all to attend this remarkable event which promises to be interesting, enjoyable, and worthwhile to attend. Special thanks to His Highness Prince Abdullah Bin Khaled Bin Abdullah, Assistant to the Chairman of the High Commission for the Development of Hail Region, our esteemed patron for his interest and support. 

A number of presentations, talks, and exchange of ideas and works are planned for the two-day workshops and we are confident that such gathering will serve as a forum for linking  education to the social and economical development of our community. We will continue to make a positive impact on the community. Thus, our workshop themes do reflect this vision. Yet, we never forget that our primary goal is to help our students become productive and successful citizens. 

With this in mind, I would like to show my appreciation to the organizing committee who has done an impressive job to prepare for this educational and informative event. 

In closing, I look forward to seeing you at the workshops.
