  Date and Venue

The HCC Management Update Workshops will be held in the College Main Hall on the 7th & the 8th,  December 2005. For a detailed workshops schedule click here

Timings

The time slot for each session is 30 minutes (20 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for Qs&As). Breaks between sessions are 5 minutes. All sessions will start on time, please try not to arrive late. Presenters are hereby requested to adhere to the scheduled time. 

Session chairs

All workshops sessions will be chaired by a member of the organizing committee. The chair will start the session punctually, introduce the speaker/presenter and ensure that the speaker/presenter finishes  on time by an agreed warning time left (usually five minutes) before the end of the session. The chair should also see to the management of questions raised by the attendees so that the session finishes on the scheduled time. 

Assistance

All members of the organizing committee will be wearing ID cards to be easily identified. they will be at your disposal for any assistance. Presenters, participants, invited guests are therefore kindly requested to cooperate with the organizing committee  in this regard.   

Coffee breaks/lunch

Coffee and lunch (snacks, light sandwiches, and refreshments) will be served at the college lobby opposite the cafeteria.

Dress code

 
All faculty members are kindly requested to dress formally.
