First of all, I would like to welcome you to the first issue of the Aja Mountains Newsletter.

 On behalf of the editorial board of HCC newsletter, I would like to invite you to view the information on this newsletter pages. It is indeed a great pleasure to see our first issue being published.  

In this regard, I would like to thank the editor of the newsletter, Hassan Elbadri, who has, from his own initiative, worked tirelessly to create and produce this wonderful newsletter that we are proud to have. It is a sign of dedication and enthusiasm that we really appreciate and should support. 

I also would like to thank the editorial board for their support and commitment which helped in the existence of this newsletter.  

Equally and most important, great thanks to the contributors who devoted time and efforts to share their ideas and insights with our community readers.
