I am pleased to inform you that ITC has successfully offered the short courses to HCC Community. The experience was tremendous and we received a very positive response from the community.

Eight different short course were offered in the area of Word Processing, Spread Sheets, Graphics, Web, and Multimedia. The participants showed a great deal of interest throughout the learning process. They appreciated the initiative taken by ITC department and asked if we could offer them courses from time to time rather than just in summer.

The following notes were taken during the course:

• The participants were excited and showed lots of interest and involvement in the program

• The English language proficiency was the only obstacle noted. 

To overcome these limitations in the future, ITC suggests that:

• English short courses could be offered regularly to Staff.

• The continuation of this short courses. 

• Issue of  certificate of attendance to the participants

Finally, I would like to thank my colleagues, Kaleem, Saleem, and Talal for their patience, commitment, and efforts that has contributed to the success of these short courses.
