In the name of Allah the Merciful

 

  Praise be to Allah..... Peace and blessings be upon His creation Mohammed bin Abdullah, the master of the Prophets and Messengers, peace be upon him, and then:

 Peace and mercy of Allah and blessings,

 

 We are pleased at the Deanship of Admission and Registration at the University of Hail to offer a simplified view of the Deanship, which is the backbone of academic life at the university. As the Dean of Admissions and Registration is at the heart of communication between the student and the university,  the relationship starts  by the first day of admission at the university and continue by  following the students  academically, and to overcome and melt down all faced obstacles in his way to get graduated from the University armed with science and knowledge to contribute to our  nation building, and serving our beloved king.

 

Based on this leading role, the Deanship of Admission and Registration bearing upon itself the task of providing adequate information about the university and colleges and scientific specialties, conditions of admission and registration, and to inform the students with the university rules and regulations required by the student during his university life.

 

Deanship of admission and registration also aims to shed light on the rules and instructions and dates of admission and registration for the enrichment of the student abreast of further information ... And lighting his path to his target.

 

We in the Admission and Registration Deanship are really trying, through the efforts of the crew of our Dean, to develop the aspects of academic work and school at the university in order to facilitate the procedures for students and faculty members and colleges. Therefore, we have taken our responsibility to develop different aspects of its work. For these goals to be achieved, we have prepared strategic and executive plans, and we have taken a number of steps that had been their productions possibilities of acceptance and computerized registration via the Internet from within and outside University. We are working hard to ease the student's registration process away from the complexities posed by the huge number of students, and the number of disciplines and programs; to devote to student academic achievement for which he joined the University.

 

Finally, the Deanship of Admission and Registration wishes you a lot of success and productivity not only in your university life, but also in everything you do.
